·        The property is to let only as holiday accommodation on a weekly basis. Access will be from 4-00 p.m. on the day of arrival and the cottage must be vacated by 10.30 a.m. on the day of departure. The owners reserve right of access at any time.

 

·         The property cannot be reserved until a completed booking form and deposit is received, when booking will be confirmed in writing. Deposits are required in the form of a credit*/debit card – balance payments may be paid by credit*/debit card or cheque (cheques should be made payable to D.K & H.C Hutton)

Deposits are non – refundable.

 

·        The balance of rent must be paid not less than four weeks before the date of the holiday. In the event of cancellation, the hirer is due to pay the full amount unless the property is re-let.

Holiday cancellation insurance is strongly recommended.

 

·        Guests are asked to bring their own towels.

 

·        Bookings are not interchangeable and the cottage must not be sub-let. The number of people in occupation must not exceed the sleeping accommodation provided.

 

·        Damage to the premises, its fixtures or contents will be the responsibility of the person in whose name the booking was made. Any breakages must be paid for.

 

·        Only limited cleaning is possible between lettings; guests are asked to leave the accommodation and contents in a clean and tidy condition.

 

·        Well-behaved pets are welcome on the understanding that no sign of the pet is evident, in the cottage or grounds at the time of departure. No pet is to be left alone in the property. A charge of £10 per pet per week/part week is made with your booking. The credit*/debit card details provided at point of booking form the damages deposit. After cleaning and inspection of the cottage where no damage is evident then your card details are destroyed.

 

·        Guests are asked to remember that they are staying in a residential area and to respect the quiet and comfort of their neighbours.

 

·        Smoking in the cottage is not permitted.

* Credit cards attract a charge of 2.5% on transactions processed, debit cards are processed without charge.

Dog owners are reminded that Courtyard Cottages are located on a working farm and therefore dogs should be kept on a lead whilst on farm property.
